Support our proposal for the Municipality of Kalamaria within the Interreg EuroMED – BAUHAUS4MED program!
The proposal "Kodra Creative & GreenHub", designed by LandmArch. with the invaluable contribution of Associate Professor Iordanis Stylidis from the Department of Architecture at the University of Thessaly, envisions the sustainable green transformation of the former "Kodra Military Camp" into a Metropolitan Hub of Creativity, Culture, and Innovation, following the principles of the New European Bauhaus.
The goal is to transform an inactive site into a living public asset that combines:
1. Environmental awareness and ecological sensitivity
2. Social participation and collaborative creation (Social Sustainability)
3. Cultural preservation and education (Culture, Heritage & Knowledge Sharing)
4. Economic sustainability (Sustainable Growth & #CreativeEconomy)
5. New models of #Cohousing and participatory communities
Kodra has the potential to become the next green and creative landmark of Kalamaria and Thessaloniki — a place where history, sustainability, and innovation coexist harmoniously.
