Let’s Talk about AI

Increasingly, AI is becoming a part of our daily lives. Let's hear some thoughts from individuals who have engaged with it more extensively. Of course, there will be time for our guests to respond to your questions, concerns, and ideas!

"At LandmArch, we pride ourselves on being at the cutting edge of technical innovation. We are eager to engage with the panel and address a wide range of questions pertinent to the application of AI in contemporary design and marketing solutions. Our insights will cover the transformative potential of AI, its practical uses in our field, and the future directions this technology might take."

"Let's Talk About AI" video out now!

I'm excited to present our #online discussion on the integration of AI into creative industries like #photography and #architecture. Joined by Dimitra Peppa from Ladies, Wine, and Design Athens, and Mariza Kapsabeli, we explore our insights and experiences with AI, sharing thoughts on its current and future impact.

"My journey into exploring #AI began with a deep curiosity about how #technology could transform #creativity. As someone who has always been passionate about #design and #innovation, I was intrigued by the idea that AI could revolutionize the way we approach creative processes. The concept of using AI to streamline workflows, optimize resources, and enhance the quality of creative output was compelling. I wanted to understand how this technology could not only make tasks more efficient but also open up new possibilities for artistic expression.

As I delved deeper, I started experimenting with various AI design tools. Text-to-image platforms like #Resleeve, #Gencraft, and #Midjourney became my gateways into a world where simple prompts could generate complex and stunning #visuals. These tools allowed me to explore creativity in ways I had never imagined. I also ventured into #animation and video editing with tools like #RunwayML and #Clipchamp, discovering how AI could bring my designs to life with incredible ease. The ability to enhance images and videos with AI tools like #KREAAI and #MagnificAI further pushed the boundaries of what I could achieve in digital media.

A significant milestone in my exploration of AI was attending the AI and Architecture #Conference at the Digital Futures program hosted by #KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. This experience opened my eyes to the vast potential of AI in architecture, showing how it could be integrated into design processes to create innovative structures and solutions. The conference reinforced my belief that AI is not just a tool but a collaborator that can significantly enhance creative processes.

Throughout my journey, I came to see AI as a true partner in creativity. It became clear that AI could do more than just assist in tasks—it could actively contribute to brainstorming, generate countless design variations, and improve #photorealism in my work. By leveraging AI, I was able to build a stronger social media presence, generate engaging content, and enhance my business profile. The ability to create and iterate with AI has not only expanded my creative potential but also opened new doors in terms of audience engagement and professional growth.

However, my journey with AI also brought me face-to-face with important #ethical considerations. I realized the need to use AI responsibly, ensuring that its power is harnessed in ways that align with #values of #fairness and #transparency. While AI offers incredible opportunities, it also requires careful thought and consideration, particularly in how it affects the creative industries and the individuals working within them.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been the continuous learning and personal growth that AI has facilitated. The iterative nature of working with AI has allowed me to stay ahead of industry trends, keeping my work #fresh and #relevant. I’ve discovered that mastering AI, despite its challenges, is well worth the effort. As I’ve continued to explore and experiment, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of design and creativity, fueled by an endless stream of inspiration that AI provides.

Looking to the future, it’s clear that AI is here to stay.

The predictions that 90% of online content will be AI-generated by 2026 underscore the importance of embracing this technology. I’ve come to realize that AI won’t replace creative professionals, but those who use AI will have a significant advantage. As I continue my journey, I’m excited to see how AI will further transform creativity and what new possibilities it will bring to the forefront of design and innovation."
